 An amazing chorizo of the fillet ('Lomo')  wonderful taste and virtually fat free!
Using only the meat from the acorn and corn fed Iberian pigs (so not as rich as the true acorn fed noted as 'Iberico de BELLOTA - BELLOTA meaning acorn), this is a lovely high quality chorizo but also very good value for money, and still with the delightful pimento spices a true chorizo connoisseur knows to look for.
