 Only available from Jamones Exquisitos, these sweet (Dulce) and spicy (Picante) chorizo's are simply delicious.

Prepared in the tradtitional Artisan way, with a string tied to each end and made into the typical horseshoe shape.

Slowly cured, giving a mild flavour and tender texture.
